Intep Berlin

We are active with projects in Berlin since 1998. We have always been involved in special projects, such as the redevelopment of the Deutsche Bundesbank in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, the development of the “Heidestraße” north site of the main railway station, the construction of the new Berlin City Palace and the revitalization of BIKINI. With the acquisition of a long-term contract with Berliner Immobilienmanagement and a contract for data collection and tendering for the cultural real estate portfolio of the State of Berlin, we opened the “Capital Office” at Bertolt-Brecht-Platz 3 in 2014. In addition to the consulting projects, our colleagues in Berlin are also working on new project ideas in close cooperation with universities and federal offices.
