Senior Consultant
Heike Zeifang is a graduate architect and has been working as a senior consultant at intep since 2018. After further training as an energy consultant and in the areas of Minergie, healthy indoor climate and ecological material concepts for buildings, she specialized as a consultant in sustainable construction and material ecology. She is also an accredited specialist partner of eco-bau and MINERGIE.
About me
Today we spend 80% to 90% of our time indoors. For well-being and health at work and living it is relevant to create low-pollutant interiors. That’s why I advise according to the motto: If I know “what” and “why”, then I know “how”.
For example, through calculations and design comparisons, I am familiar with the influence of grey energy and greenhouse gas emissions, especially in the construction industry. I was able to put this know-how to practical use when working on the SFOE’s “Guide to Grey Energy Modernisation”. Complex and large-scale projects require many ideas and often also stamina – it is important to stay on the ball, eliminate resistance and at the same time motivate people to take part.
As an architect, I am able to come up with solutions that also meet high demands from a technical and design point of view.
