Intep Hangzhou

Since 2015, we are working with Chinese companies as well as the Tongji University in Shanghai and the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore on the development of sustainability standards and consult on local real estate projects concerning energy and sustainability concepts. Since 2016, we have our own offices in the capital Hangzhou in the Zhejiang Province. Hangzhou is located 190 km southwest of Shanghai. This region of China is known for its pristine landscape, dynamic culture and economic development as well as for its work and living conditions. We are particularly proud of China’s first passive house standard renovation project.
